Orders & Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
A product will only be deemed as damaged if it is up to the extent that it is unusable for the buyer. Please provide photos of proof for our inspection.
We give our utmost attention to our products and their packaging to ensure the product arrives safely to you. Shall there be any damage found on the product upon arrival, you have 3 days to report to us from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
No refund provided. All sales are final. You can only exchange your damaged items.
