To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at thelokamade@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your product arrives damaged to the extent that it is unusable, please provide us with photos for inspection. We give utmost attention to our products and packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You have 3 days from the date of receipt to report any damage and request an exchange.
No refunds are provided. All sales are final. Exchanges are only available for damaged items.
